  • Availability of products is subject to stock.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, and Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD orders).

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers must follow the claim process and provide necessary proof (images/videos/unboxing video) for eligibility.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty (if applicable) is provided as per manufacturer terms.

    • Improper installation or misuse of machinery

    • Wear and tear due to regular usage

    • Damages caused after delivery

  • Customers are advised to use products as per instructions.

  • All content, logos, images, and materials related to HBM Engineer Private Limited are the property of the company.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or government restrictions.
