Shipping Policy

✔ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

✔ Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

✔ Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on most products across India.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply on selected items (calculated at checkout).

✔ Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

At HBM Engineer Private Limited, returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Item Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered or not matching the listed specifications, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Report within 72 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.

  • Note: Minor color variations due to manufacturing updates are not eligible.

✔ Damaged Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, you can request a replacement or full refund.

  • Report within 72 hours with clear photos/videos.

✔ Defective or Incomplete Product

  • If the product is defective or missing parts, you may request a refund, replacement, or supply of missing parts.

  • Claims must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

📌 Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claim. Please share proof along with details via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation Policy

✔ Before Dispatch:

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

✔ After Dispatch:

  • For heavy machinery (above 10 kg), cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If already shipped, shipping/courier charges will be deducted from the refund.

✔ Delivery Delays:

  • If the committed delivery timeline is not met, customers may request a full refund.

Refund Process

✅ Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateway).

  • Amount will be credited within 7–10 working days.

✅ EMI Payments

  • Any bank interest charged is non-refundable.

  • No additional processing fee is charged by HBM Engineer Private Limited.

✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT).

  • Customers must provide:

    • Bank Name

    • Account Number

    • Account Holder Name

    • IFSC Code

📌 Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
